International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Locals 3091. 4408 and 4687 today proudly endorse Bruce Garganio for Burlington County Freeholder. As Freeholder Bruce oversaw state of the art upgrades to the Burlington County Emergency Services Center ensuring the best training available for Burlington County’s first responders.
“Director Garganio has been a reliable and effective ally for first responders” said Local 3091 President Dan Norman. “We look forward to continuing our work with him on more public safety initiatives. Freeholder Garganio has a proven track record of supporting the fire service and we support him,” said Norman. “He is a working-class guy who understands our concerns as firefighters.”
“Burlington County’s Bravest risk their lives at a moment’s notice – and I’ll always support them as Freeholder,” Garganio said. “The Board of Freeholders will make sure they have the resources to do their jobs safely and professionally.”
The three IAFF Locals in Burlington County are committed to endorsing and electing candidates who strongly support public safety and advance public safety initiatives. Local 4687 President Ryan Donnelly stated “Mr. Garganio has distinguished himself as a supporter of public safety initiatives in Burlington County. With his support and assistance, Burlington County has committed to provide state of the art training facilities, staff, and programs for members of the Burlington County public safety services.”
Collectively the three IAFF Locals represent career firefighters and EMTs in Burlington County. In addition to firefighters in Mount Laurel and Evesham, also represented are career firefighters in Cinnaminson, Florence, Medford, Westampton and Willingboro and EMTs in Mount Laurel Township.
