Statement by Chairman Bill Layton on the passing of Dottie Spellman
I am deeply saddened by the passing of Dottie Spellman, former Vice-Chairwoman of the Burlington County Republican Committee.
As the former Vice-Chairwoman of the Burlington County Republican Committee and Medford Township Republican Chairwoman, Dottie selflessly dedicated her time over the last 40+ years to make Burlington County a better place to live, work and retire. From her time as an air stewardess in the early years of commercial air travel to volunteering on numerous campaigns across the country, the stories alone proved that she lead a long and fulfilling life.
On behalf of the Burlington County Republican Committee and the community, my sincere condolences to Dottie’s husband Larry, her family and friends.
